The CFD Brokers’ Association of Nigeria “the Association” is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit making, and self-regulatory association established in …………, 2020 and dedicated specifically to CFD Brokerage industry in Nigeria.The Association is a self-regulatory organization working with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to self-regulate and promote the operations of CFD Brokers with various regulatory bodies locally and internationally within the Nigeria market space to ensure adherence and observance of industry global best practices relating to the operations of CFD Brokers’ in Nigeria.

The aim of the Association is to address all the issues affecting the industry’s development and represent its members at national and international levels by actively engaging with policy makers, regulators and stakeholders in a purposeful discussion about the current and future regulatory framework for the industry.

The Association’s focus is on education, industry thought leadership, enhancing compliance with regulations, market development and promoting international best practices for the benefit of its members, retail and institutional investors, policy makers and other stakeholders.

Our Objectives

To enhance the exchange of information for the benefit of all members of the Association.

To identify and associate with international bodies or associations with similar goals, objectives and aspirations.

To serve as a forum for the discussion and formulation of strategy to any issue that may affect members of the Association.

To print or publish in national daily newspapers, periodicals, books, magazines or leaflets any articles that the Association may think desirable for the promotion of its objects.
